Curly Girl Collective hosted an event October 14th entitled Mane Attraction: His Voice, Her Hair. The celebration will be held at at the industrial-styled creative space, Free Candy in Brooklyn, NY. Mane Attraction consisted of an engaging panel discussion where they discussed how natural hair affects dating & relationships.  Those Curly Girls kicked off their festivities with complimentary cocktails by Courvoisier, appetizers by Seasoned Vegan, and music by DJ C. DeVone. The event culminated a fun panel discussion with six of our favorite bloggers, comedians and media personalities: Jozen Cummings (@jozenc), Until I Get Married & NY Post Dating; Slim Jackson (@slimjackson), Single Black Male, winner Blogging While Brown 2011; Franchesca Ramsey (@chescaleigh), comedian, blogger "Sh*t White Girls Say to Black Girls";Cipriana (@urbanbushbabe), Urban Bush Babes; Hostess Jamilah Lemeiux (@jamilahLemieux), Ebony.com; and Moderator, Dorien Brown (@stayhostinent), Stay Hostin Ent. ·
